The pace of technological, cultural and organizational change creates an adjustment challenge for many organizations and employees.
Based on the specific situation, we develop and recommend a processes and interventions to manage adaptation to change. For example, we might design and facilitate "cascading" education sessions for employees; we might coach managers in reorienting their staffs; we might provide venues for candid "work-outs" of issues, etc. Our recommendations are dependent on the exact situation at hand. We help clarify and facilitate the adaptation to change.

Frequently organizations run into obstinate problems that resist normal solutions. While some are not worth the effort to solve, occasionally circumstances dictate a concerted effort to bring the problem to the fore and cause positive change.
We help our clients evaluate the situation, pinpoint the levers for improvement, and recommend actions for positive change. Our recommendations address the appropriate level, individual, group or organizational likely to resolve the issue and sustain the results.
