| Schmitt & Leslie offers the full range of organization development services, centered around organizational effectiveness. General categories are consultation, facilitation, team building and partnering. A Schmitt & Leslie principal provides all services. Consultation services – on matters of individual, group or organizational performance, internal or external relationships, operational to strategic issues. Facilitation services – small meetings to large, problem solving to planning; private meetings to public meetings. Team Building services – creating teams, coaching teams, process consultation, communication and problem-solving skill building. Partnering services – building partnerships; improving partnerships; facilitation, coaching, conflict mitigation, consensus-building. FEES Private Sector For business clients, our fees for consulting, facilitation or partnering services are $ 2000.00 per consultant per day, in half-day increments. Public Sector For government (federal, state or local) projects and non-profit clients, fees are $ 1500.00 per consultant day, in half-day increments. For clients who prefer to use the GSA Schedule, our contract number is GS-10F-0230P, on MOBIS Schedule number 874. CHARGES Project expenses such as travel, lodging, materials (books, handouts, special graphics) are billed in addition to consultant fees. Billing is monthly or by project, at client preference.
